Elaydi
I write about accepting, being accountable, and doing the best you can with what you got. I'm the author of the Best You Can Trilogy and Startup Anarchist, a management scholar, and — for nearly thirty years — a coach to the people who carry the hardest decisions.
The Best You Can Trilogy, and a standalone.

Published by RAED Press, the independent press I founded in Albuquerque. Ten works, one design law, publishing in sequence.
Three books, in order: the resume, the practice, the recognition. Together, the long practice of doing the best you can with what you got.
A long attention to doing the best you can with what you got.
Raed Saber Elaydi, PhD, is a management scholar and executive coach. For nearly three decades he has advised CEOs, founders, and senior leaders on the moments that don't go to plan.
The Best You Can Trilogy was written across twelve years out of that classroom and advisory work — a practice for accepting what happened, staying accountable, and doing the best you can with what you got. Startup Anarchist turns the same attention on how we organize power at all.
He founded RAED Press to publish the work, and offers his counsel to leaders directly through Elaydi Consulting. He lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
